Birdfoot Canyon — There’s no name for this place (mile 74) on any map except for an oddly-shaped geologic formation called Birdfoot Dike. The rivercamp on the beach below the mouth is called Rattlesnake. A trail popular with raft groups goes from the beach to The Tabernacle along the ridgeline.
